    How does this work?

    You place your order and we deliver your Mystery Cupcakes to your office, business, or home on Friday. (*more information*)
    ~And as always, there are NO Delivery charges!

    When can I order Cupcakes?

    Orders for the current work week start on Mystery Monday and must be placed before Thursday at 3pm.(CST).

    When is the latest I can order cupcakes?

    The last order of the week will be processed Thursday at 3pm (CST).

    Is there a limit to how many cupcakes I can order?

    There is not a limit to the amount of cupcakes you can order.
    A Twist: But make sure to order as soon as possible, because once this weeks cupcakes Sell-Out, you will have to wait until next week to order.

    What are some flavors that might show up?

    Well, that’s the FUN, it’s a surprise!
    ~Hint: the cupcakes aren’t going to be too crazy.  To get an idea, visit our *Blast from the Past* page to see past cupcakes!

    I have food allergies?

    ALL of our cupcakes contain eggs, milk, and flour.
    *Our kitchen has traces of all sorts of nuts.
    An ordering tip: If Last Week’s Mystery Cupcakes contained some sort of nuts, this weeks won’t.

    What size are your cupcakes?

    The cupcakes are in-between a standard size cupcake and a huge jumbo size cupcake.

    How do I store the cupcakes at the office?

    Cupcakes are packaged and delivered to you in cupcake boxes and will stay fresh throughout the day. We recommend that you eat your yummy cupcakes on Friday, the day we deliver them. If you keep them in an air tight container, they will last for about 2 more days. (Maybe even Monday for a sweet morning snack )

    How do I pay?

    Google CheckOut, PayPal, and Credit Cards (Visa, Discover, AmEx, MasterCard) are processed over the phone.

    What if you don’t deliver to my area?

    Currently, if you are not in our Delivery Area, Please fill out our *Contact Us* form and we will work with you on fulfilling your order. In most cases, a $5.00 travel charge will be applied to your order.

    What if Friday is a Federal Holiday?

    Typically, if a Federal Holiday falls on a Friday your cupcakes will be delivered on a Thursday, but please refer to our *Holiday Delivery Schedule* for the exact delivery date.
